OUR TEAM
Experience that works for our athletes
Our team combines experience in baseball, talent evaluation, recruiting, and athlete development. We work closely with each player and their family to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and provide the necessary guidance throughout the process.
More than just representing athletes, we seek to build trusting relationships and turn talent, preparation, and effort into concrete opportunities.
WHAT MOVES US
Our mission goes beyond the field
Our mission is to help student-athletes convert their athletic talent into educational opportunities that can transform their future.
At 3MCR, we believe in preparation, commitment, and the comprehensive development of the athlete. We work to connect players with university programs where they can continue to grow in baseball, achieve their academic goals, and prepare for the future on and off the field.
At the same time, we connect university coaches and programs with talent prepared to add value to their institutions.
